Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 jar pimento, diced
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. yellow rice
    1 pkg. crackers
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 large bell pepper
    1 stick butter
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain and set aside.
    Cook yellow rice without butter.
    Chop onion and pepper.
    While rice is hot, add cheese. Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs.
    Layer bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish with crumb mixture.
    Mix together sausage and remaining ingredients; pour into dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until brown.
