Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add salt, sugar, milk and vanilla. Butter an unbaked pie shell.
Pour custard in shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
