Stuffed Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 artichoke
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tsp. capers (optional)
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, salt and pepper. Stuff into artichoke leaves. Place artichoke in half a pan of water. Pour olive oil over artichoke and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook artichoke on medium heat for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
