Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion.
    Stir in chuck, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and mushrooms.
    Saute 5 minutes.
    Add soup; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Sprinkle with parsley or other herbs.
    Serve over hot noodles or rice.
