Curried Chicken Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely minced, cooked chicken
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. finely chopped raisins
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, except egg and the one cup of bread crumbs.
Shape into 24 balls.
Dip balls in beaten egg and then roll in one cup of bread crumbs.
Arrange 12 pieces in a circle on a paper plate and microwave, uncovered, at power level High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.
Repeat procedure with remaining 12 pieces.
Serve with curry-flavored mayonnaise.
