Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast, cut into 5 to 6 pieces
    1 stalk celery
    3 large onions, diced
    1 regular bottle ketchup (14 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in a large pot.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
    (It can be baked overnight in a 200\u00b0 oven.)
    After it is cooked, let it sit for about 1/2 hour and then shred the meat, removing the fat.
    This can then be stored in the refrigerator until needed (can make a day ahead of time). Bake in sauce for another hour until bubbly. Serves 32.
