Sherry Orange Slices(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 seedless oranges, chilled
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 c. sweetened shredded coconut
    2 Tbsp. sugar or brown sugar
Preparation
    Pare oranges, cutting deep enough to remove all white membrane.
    Cut into thin slices.
    Arrange each slice orange on salad greens.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Drizzle slices with sherry and top with coconut.
