Owen'S Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate.
    Beat egg yolks until very thick.
    Add sugar, milk and butter to egg yolks.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Bring to boil.
    Boil one minute.
    Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate, salt and vanilla.
    Beat until it will spread nicely.
