Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients; pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
This pie freezes well.
