Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. carrots
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 or 5 slices bacon
Preparation
    Slice, cook and drain carrots.
    Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil.
    Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of water.
    Add this to sugar and vinegar mix.
    Cook until clear and thick.
    Fry bacon; drain and crush.
    Pour sauce over carrots and add bacon.
