Oven Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large baking potatoes, scrubbed
    1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Line jelly roll pan with foil.
    Spray foil generously with vegetable cooking spray.
    Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch strips.
    Toss potatoes in jelly-roll pan with oil, garlic, salt and pepper to coat well.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes, tossing once or twice until potatoes are crisp and golden. Calories 195, fat 2 g per serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
