Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 Tbsp. dill pickle, minced
1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Blend celery soup with 1/2 soup can water.
Measure out 1/4 cup soup mixture.
Combine with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, minced onion, parsley and salt.
Shape into balls, about 1-inch round.
