Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. canned, sliced peaches
    2 Tbsp. granulated tapioca
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    baking powder biscuits
Preparation
    Empty peaches into shallow baking dish.
    Add tapioca and let stand ten minutes; add sugar, salt and spice.
    Mix well, dot top with butter.
    Roll biscuit dough to a thickness of 1/2-inch.
    Prick and arrange over top of peach mixture.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 30 minutes or until well-browned.
    Makes 8 servings.
