Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hen or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. celery, chopped
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Debone; cut in chunks.
    Mix first 3 ingredients together.
    Add juice.
    May add chopped and leftover celery to chicken while cooking.
