Fruited Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cool water
    2 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry gelatin
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. cold water
    1 navel orange, peeled
    1 navel orange (unpeeled)
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 large apples, finely diced
    1 c. celery, finely diced
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 lb. fresh cranberries
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cool water; add cherry
    gelatin
    and
    2 cups hot water and cook on medium heat until all gelatin is dissolved and mixture is transparent. Add 1
    cup
    cold water; put gelatin mixture in refrigerator to chill.
