1/2 c. Butter
1 Onion, chopped
1 c. Celery, chopped
1 c. Mushrooms, sliced
10 slices White Bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 c. Potato Chips, finely crushed
1 c. Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1/4 c. Parsley, chopped
Preparation

This stuffing may be stuffed into poultry or baked in a separate casserole for 1 hour along with the roasting poultry in a skillet.
