Enchilada Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef or desired amount
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can chopped green chili pepper
1 pkg. taco flavored tortilla chips
1 c. grated cheese or desired amount
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation

Brown beef and seasonings together; drain.
In separate pan, combine soups, milk and green chilies.
Simmer over low heat.
In casserole dish, layer chips on bottom, then beef, then soup mixture and then cheese.
Repeat layers another time.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
