Orange Walnut Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
    4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a 3 quart saucepan, combine sugar, water and orange juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and comes to a boil.
    Continue cooking until 234\u00b0 on a candy thermometer, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chocolate pieces and orange peel.
    Fold in walnuts.
    Spread candy in a foil lined 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Chill until set.
    Cut into small pieces. Store in refrigerator.
