Blueberry Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Arrange blueberries in a lightly oiled 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and cinnamon.
Cut in margarine with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Spread over fruit.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Serves 8.
