Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 c. frozen loose-pack hash browns, thawed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet cook sausage until browned.
    Drain off excess fat. Separate crescent dough into triangles.
    Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points towards the center.
    Press over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
    Seal perforations.
    Spoon sausage over crust.
    Sprinkle with potatoes.
    Top with cheese.
    In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour into crust.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
