Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 small can milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 large Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon
    pinch of salt
    2 (9-inch) pie shells, unbaked
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Preparation
    Add eggs
    to
    pumpkin
    and
    beat well.\tAdd salt, milk, sugar and
    flavorings.
    Add a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice if desired. Pour
    into pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
