Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. Marshmallow Creme
Preparation

Add sugar and milk.
Cook over low heat until it reaches soft ball stage.
Add and stir butter, chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme.
Stir until chocolate chips are melted.
Remove from heat; stir until cool.
Spread on cake.
