Veal Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. veal
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 potatoes, cut in small cubes
1 c. celery, cut up small
olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
2 to 3 carrots, sliced
1 small can peas
Preparation

Cut up veal small. (I put it in the freezer for an hour or two, so it's easy to cut.)
