Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quartered, unpeeled, small red potatoes
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    4 slices chopped, crisply cooked bacon
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place potatoes on baking pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes (until tender and golden), stirring once.
