Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt or 1 tsp. garlic salt
butter
paprika
Preparation

Beat potatoes with electric mixer until smooth; add cream cheese, sour cream and salt.
If mixture is too stiff, add milk. Place in casserole dish.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yield:
12 servings.
