Ham Quiche(This Recipe Makes 2 Deep Dish Pie Shells) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped ham
1 can mushrooms
4 green onions
3 different cheeses (your choice; I use about 1/2 lb. each of Velveeta, Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
2 (1/2) pt. whipping cream
7 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In blender, mix eggs, 2 green onions and the cream; set aside. In unbaked shells, start with a layer of each cheese.
Add ham, mushrooms and chopped green onions.
Pour mixture from blender over this.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven until set, about 40 to 50 minutes.
