Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. butternut squash
    6 beaten eggs or egg substitute
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut squash; cook and mash.
    Add other ingredients and blend well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Test for doneness by inserting fork in the center.
