Apple Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. vanilla ice cream
    2 c. apple juice
    nutmeg
Preparation
    In large bowl beat egg yolks until thick; add sugar, ice cream and apple juice.
    Mix until blended.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Fold into apple juice mixture.
    Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg.
    Makes 7 (1 cup) servings.
