Lemon Cake Top Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Cream sugar, flour and butter.
    Add egg yolks, lemon juice and milk; mix well.
    Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 8 or 9-inch pie shell, which has been baked 5 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
