Anne'S Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Take flank steak and sprinkle lightly with meat tenderizer. Season steak with garlic salt or lemon pepper.
    Place diced onion and pepper in middle of steak.
    Roll steak in a jelly roll shape. Secure with toothpicks.
    Take bacon and wrap around steak until completely covered.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Place steak on grill. Cook for 7 minutes on each side for a total of 28 minutes for medium.
    Remove from grill and cut like a jelly roll.
    Garnish with fresh mushrooms or parsley.
