Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cut up cabbage
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1 diced green pepper
Preparation

Boil cabbage until tender; add salt before boiling.
Butter baking dish.
Make layers of cabbage and cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle a little sugar and pepper.
Add a few squares of butter.
Add another layer of the same order.
Add layers until the amount is reached.
Pour enough hot milk in to cover layers.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until thick and brown on top, 45 minutes. Good served with pork.
