Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck ripe tomatoes, peeled
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. onion, chopped
    4 large bell peppers, chopped
    2 or 3 hot peppers, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. mustard seed
    1/2 c. canning salt
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes and let drain while chopping other ingredients. Mix all ingredients and stew for 30 minutes.
    Put in jars.
    Put lids on tight.
    Will keep in refrigerator up to 1 year.
