Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. chopped prunes
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend sugar and oil; add eggs.
    Beat for two minutes.
    Sift all dry ingredients and alternately add with buttermilk to the egg mixture.
    Mix in all nuts and prunes.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool and ice.
