Spanish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 pkg. Lipton Spanish rice mix
    1 can Del Monte Mexican tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder
    4 c. water
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat.
    Drain.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add both packages of dry rice mixture, chili powder, tomatoes and water.
    Stir and cover with lid or foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
