Molded Vegetable Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime or lemon Jell-O
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add cold water, vinegar and onion.
    Chill until thickened.
    Fold in other 4 vegetables and chill until firm.
    Unmold.
