Vacation Bible School Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm water
1 egg
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and 1/2 teaspoon honey in large bowl with 1/2 cup water (warm 110\u00b0).
Add oil, 1/4 cup honey, salt and 1/2 cup warm water.
Mix well and add egg.
Add whole wheat flour and white flour.
Stir well and knead a few times until smooth and satiny. Roll out on floured board.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Let rise until double (30 minutes).
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
