Jalapeno Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 small can mushrooms
1 small can shrimp or crab meat
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs, mayonnaise and milk; fold in remaining ingredients, except for jalapenos. Pour into pie shell; top with peppers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in middle.
