Haystack Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 to 5 potatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    4 to 5 carrots
    4 to 5 onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown and season ground beef.
    In a casserole or crock-pot, place a layer of sliced onions, carrots and potatoes on top of ground beef.
    Empty the soup (undiluted) on top of potatoes.
    Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0 or 6 hours on low in crock-pot.
