Pepper Jack Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    2 oz. Pepper Jack cheese
    1 tsp. taco seasoning
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut cheese into strips.
    Place cheese down center of chicken.
    Fold chicken over cheese and secure with toothpicks.
    Rub with taco seasoning.
    Heat oil in a skillet.
    Add chicken and brown on all sides.
    Put in a greased 8x8-inch dish.
