Sour Cream Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cream corn
2 c. whole kernel corn (drained)
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 stick oleo (melted)
1 pkg. Jiffy Cornbread mix
black pepper
Preparation

Stir together and pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Then sprinkle on top:
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese and 1 Tbsp. Peppers chopped (optional).
Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
