Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew beef, cut in pieces (boneless)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 can consomme
2 Tbsp. onion
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 bag instant rice
Preparation

Dredge beef in flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in oil in pan over high heat.
Add 1/2 can of consomme and 1/2 can of water. Cook until tender (add more water if needed).
Add onion, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and soups and mix well.
Place in large flat baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and bake 30 more minutes.
Cook rice according to directions, substituting the remaining consomme for equal amount. Serve over rice.
