Gelled Mango Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can or jar pureed mango, drained (reserve juice)
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 small boxes lemon gelatin
    3 c. reserved juice and water
    juice of 1 lime
Preparation
    Blend mango and cream cheese.
    Heat water and juice to boiling; add gelatin and stir to dissolve.
    Add lime juice. Combine with mango-cream cheese mixture and blend well.
    Chill until set in mold or glass casserole dish.
    Serves 8.
