Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fat from meat (roast beef) (enough to almost cover bottom of 8 x 8-inch square pan)
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, eggs and milk together.
    Add to hot fat and bake at 450\u00b0 until puffy and brown on edges.
