Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. meat, chuck or shoulder roast
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 to 2 hot peppers
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Cut roast into small and medium cubes.
    Salt and pepper meat, then mix all remaining ingredients together.
    Pour the mix over the meat.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for about 3 hours.
