Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. dark molasses
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
6 lb. spareribs
1 small onion
Preparation
-
Parboil spareribs for 15 minutes with celery, onion and pepper; let water cover ribs.
Remove ribs and drain.
Baste with sauce.
Grill for 45 minutes over low fire, turning and basting frequently until done.
