German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix coconut and pecans.
Spread evenly on bottom of 9 x 12-inch greased and floured pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
Pour over nut and coconut mixture.
Melt butter and mix with cream cheese.
Fold in confectioners sugar. Pour over cake mix evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
