Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

1 can enchilada sauce
10 soft corn tortillas
1 lb. boneless chicken, cooked and chopped
1/2 c. sliced black olives
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a medium bowl combine chicken, olives, green chilies, green onions and 1 cup of sauce.
Tear tortillas into bite-size pieces.
Place half of them in the bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread chicken mixture over tortillas.
Put remaining tortilla pieces on top of chicken mixture.
Pour remaining sauce over tortillas and top with cheeses.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
