Beef Log Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger (little fat)
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse cracked pepper
    1 tsp. smoked hickory salt
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl.
    Put in the refrigerator and mix or knead each day for 5 days.
    On the 5th day, shape into 4 logs and place on broiler pan on bottom rack of oven.
    Bake 8 hours at 140\u00b0.
    Turn every 2 hours.
