Roy'S Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large white potatoes
    1 large tomato or more
    1 green bell pepper
    2 medium onions
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Slice tomatoes 1/2-inch thick.
    Seed and core pepper and slice into 1/2-inch slices.
    Slice onions.
    Layer potatoes, tomatoes, pepper and onions in greased 3-quart casserole (round is best).
    Dot casserole with butter and season to taste.
    Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at least 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until potatoes are tender.
