Happy Day Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and shortening; mix well and add all other ingredients except flour.
Mix well; slowly add flour to just mix. Bake in 13 x 9-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
